Senior Specialist: Workout & Restructuring at IDC.

Ulendo's contribution is based on experience gained and exposure to the following:

Formal qualifications in Engineering and Commerce.
Business specific experience gained from ownership & involvement in a courier business. This exposure, over 3 years, ranged from due-diligence phase, sourcing of funding, developing high-level strategic- and turnaround plans to daily/hands-on management.
Experience in industrial/development financing gained with the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa over a combined period of more than 5 years.
Experience in business- and management consulting gained over more than 6 years at Arthur Andersen and in a niche Supply Chain Consulting business.
A working knowledge of various business enablers, both software and hardware.
A wide range of industry exposure and network of contacts.
A holistic approach to solution design, focussing on the role of people, process and technology.
The ability to operationally execute a strategy.
Strong leadership, communication, facilitation and people skills.

Engineering (bachelors in Mechanical and honours in Industrial).
Commerce (bachelors, majoring in Financial Management, Marketing and Business Management).
