Background and experience
I have been a member of the Safika Holdings corporate finance team for the past 5 years and have been involved in the structuring, negotiating, implementation, and post-investment monitoring of numerous private equity, BEE, and general M & A transactions on behalf of Safika Holdings and Safika Investments (Safika Holdings' private equity investment fund).
Prior to this I was an Investment Consultant at Liberty Group.

- BCom degree (Majored in Economics and Business Management) - RAU.
- BCom Honours degree (Investment Management) - RAU.
- Crrently an MBA candidate at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), University of Pretoria due to complete my studies at the end of this year (2008).
