• Internal audit - review the current internal control policies and procedures, both financial and operational.
• Review the current Management Information reports available.
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures where needed.
• Develop and implement management reports.

Why I joined TMA-SA

• Currently I am relying on literature and own experience to achieve success.
• Although I belong to the Commercial and Financial Accountants Institute, I would like belong to an association in the field of turnarounds in order to improve myself and to use the available articles and forums as a sounding board.
