Background and experience

Have extensive marketing and strategy development experience.

Began my career in the FMCG (fast working for the largest non-alcoholic beverage manufacturer and marketer in the world, in consumer (branding) and customer (trade) marketing roles.

For 4 years where she gained experience in branding; consumer and trade marketing as well as strategy development for existing and new products in specific trade channels.

Recently, for the last 3 years worked as a strategy consultant for a a well-established management consulting firm specialising in marketing and business strategy development for leading blue chip companies, parastatals and medium-sized firms in South Africa and Southern Africa.

Was involved in consulting to a wide range of industries on market driven growth strategies, market entry strategies, including opportunity identification in other African countries as well as distribution channels for new and existing products.

Currently completing MBA dissertation full time.

• Current - University of the Witwatersrand, MBA – currently completing dissertation on the Key Determinants of Successful Turnarounds in South Africa Management.
