Functions
"The Financial Director, if any, shall be the principal accounting and financial officer of the TMA-SA.
He or she shall:
- Have charge of and be responsible for the maintenance of adequate books of account for the TMA-SA;
- Have charge and custody of all funds and securities of the TMA-SA, and be responsible therefore and for the receipt and disbursement thereof; and
- Perform all the duties incident to the office of Financial Director and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the CEO or by the Board of Directors.
